  1. An initial, in-depth interview with each participant to ensure the program is tailored to each individual's unique needs;
  2. Monthly classroom sessions focused on important management and leadership issues and skills, and;
  3. One-on-one coaching sessions to reinforce key management and leadership concepts and to help the participant integrate them into their work.

Monthly classroom sessions will involve only participants from your organization, working in small groups in an intense half-day of presentations, case studies, problem-solving exercises, and discussions. Using techniques of accelerated learning, managerial and leadership skills are presented in a way that maximizes the potential absorption by the student.
