Often, we ask participants in our programs to fill in an on-line profile or assessment. To complete them, please follow the instructions below:

1. GO TO THE "SKILLS ONE" WEBSITE by clicking on this link
2. ACCOUNT LOGIN: "Lifeskills".
3. ACCOUNT PASSWORD: "Career".
4. LEAVE THE USER ID FIELD BLANK AND CLICK THE LOG IN BOX.
5. From the menu, select the assessment to be taken and click "Take It".
6. BATCH NAME: This will be sent to you in an individual email. Fill in the demographic information. Please be sure to fill out at least your first and last names.
7. Complete the assessment by following the instructions. When finished click "Submit" and then do any other assessments that we have asked you to complete.
8. Click "Done" and Log Off.
9. Contact us immediately by email to advise that you have completed the assessment.
